EXECUTIVE CHEF: Jaime Hobart: Jaime is a creative, experienced and award-winning chef dedicated to preparing the finest cuisine. He was instrumental in the selection of our menu items and plans to add weekly specials to further our variety and your dining enjoyment.

GENERAL MANAGER: Frank Blythe: Frank has extensive experience in all aspects of the restaurant business. He oversees all restaurant operations and also serves as our kitchen manager, who insures that our chef is supplied with the highest quality food products and freshest ingredients available. Frank would be happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.
